Snickerdoodles

Ingredients:

1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

Cream together shortening and sugar, add eggs. In separate bowl sift together flour, cream of tarter, salt and baking soda.

Roll in Cinnamon sugar

place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes at 350F.
