Guacamole

We use Guacamole on anything we can find! Tacos, burritos, faijitas, you name it! This recipe is SUPER simple and SUPER yummy.

What you will need:

2 avacados

1 small tomato, chopped

1 slice of red onion, chopped

Salt & Pepper

Lemon or lime juice

cilantro

Tabasco (optional)

Cut avacados open and scoop out flesh. throw away skin and pit. Mash with potato masher, add chopped up tomato, onion, salt and pepper to taste and a little lime or lemon juice. Once it tastes good to you add chopped up cilantro and tabasco if you want a kick.

Crunchy Apple Dip

{I love this recipe! I had it for the first time up at girls camp, where my friend Tana and I were the cooks, it was a blast! We served this snack to the girls in the afternoon, and they LOVED it}

8-12 apples
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup 'heath' topping (you can buy the crunched up candy bars in a bag in the baking isle)

mix together everything and eat. Pretty dang easy.

Recipe from Carrie Kent's kitchen.
